These terms apply when you message the Sakara Facebook Page on Messenger, where replies may be prepared by our Messenger assistant (the "SAKARA" app) and reviewed by our staff.

1. The service

The assistant answers questions about our products (resin Ganesha figures, Musika mice, clear boxes), prices and shipping, and helps take orders. Some replies are drafted automatically and may be sent without manual review.

2. Accuracy

We try to keep answers accurate, but automated replies may contain mistakes. Prices, order totals and availability are confirmed by our staff before shipping. If anything looks wrong, please tell us in the chat.

3. Orders and payment

• Prices shown in the chat include shipping within Thailand.
• An order is confirmed after our staff verify your payment slip, or after you choose cash on delivery where offered.
• Items are shipped by Thailand Post (EMS) and a tracking number is sent in the chat.

4. Acceptable use

Please do not send unlawful, abusive or spam messages. We may stop replying to conversations that do.

5. Privacy

6. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
