Data Deletion Instructions

To delete the data our Messenger assistant (the "SAKARA" app) holds about you:

  1. Open Messenger and send a message to the Sakara Facebook Page: "Please delete my data".
  2. Our staff will delete your conversation records (messages, drafts, and order details) from our system within 7 days and confirm in the chat.

You can also remove the app's access from Facebook: Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations.

  2. แอดมินจะลบประวัติแชท ร่างคำตอบ และข้อมูลสั่งซื้อของคุณออกจากระบบภายใน 7 วัน และแจ้งยืนยันในแชท
