This policy explains how the Sakara Facebook Page ("we") handles information when you message our Page on Messenger. Our Messenger assistant (the "SAKARA" app) helps our staff reply to product questions and orders.

1. Information we collect

• Your Page-scoped ID (PSID) provided by Meta, which identifies the conversation.
• The text of messages you send to our Page, and the replies we send.
• Order details you choose to send, such as name, shipping address, phone number and payment slip.

We do not collect your Facebook password, friends list, or any data outside the conversation with our Page.

2. How we use it

• To answer your questions about our products, prices and shipping.
• To prepare a draft reply that our staff review before or after it is sent.
• To process and ship your order.

3. Service providers

• OpenAI – message text is sent to OpenAI's API to generate a draft reply. OpenAI does not use API data to train its models by default.
• Telegram – our staff receive a notification containing your message and the draft reply so they can approve or edit it.
• Thailand Post (EMS) – your name, address and phone number are used to ship your order.

We do not sell or share your information for advertising.

4. Retention

Conversation records are kept only as long as needed to serve you and handle your order, and are deleted on request (see below).

5. Your rights and data deletion

You can ask us to delete your data at any time. See Data Deletion Instructions.
